Lead Gen AI Suite syncs bidirectionally with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Attio. This module covers setup for all four.
Before You Start
- You need Admin access in both Lead Gen AI Suite and your CRM
- Decide which system is the system of record for contacts (usually your CRM)
- Review duplicate rules in your CRM before enabling two-way sync
HubSpot
Steps
- Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot
- Click Connect HubSpot Account and authorize via OAuth
- Map fields: Lead Gen AI Suite contact fields → HubSpot contact properties
- Set sync direction: Push new contacts to HubSpot + Pull CRM suppression list
- Enable Deal creation on reply to auto-create HubSpot deals when a prospect responds
Salesforce
Steps
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce
- Enter your Salesforce instance URL and click Connect via OAuth
- Assign a Salesforce user for API calls (recommend a dedicated integration user)
- Map: Lead Gen AI Suite → Salesforce Lead object or Contact object
- Set lead assignment rules: new contacts can auto-assign to a queue or specific owner
Pipedrive & Attio
Both use API key authentication. Find your API key in your CRM settings, paste it into Settings → Integrations, then map the fields following the same pattern as HubSpot above.
Suppression List Sync
This is the most important setting. Enable Auto-pull CRM suppression to prevent outreach to existing customers, competitors, or contacts marked as "Do Not Contact" in your CRM. Sync runs every 4 hours.
⚠ Do not skip suppression sync. Contacting existing customers with a new prospect sequence is the most common cause of rep complaints.
