Performance Troubleshooting

Slow load times, stale reports, and dashboard refresh delays are usually caused by browser caching, large data sets, or a platform performance event.

Dashboard Loads Slowly

  1. Check the platform status page (linked in the platform footer) — if there's an incident, it will be listed there
  2. Hard-refresh your browser: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
  3. Clear your browser cache for the platform domain
  4. If you're on a very large account (50K+ contacts), reporting dashboards can take 15–30 seconds to load — this is expected

Report Data Appears Stale

Reporting data refreshes every 15 minutes. If data appears older than 15 minutes:

Sequences Not Sending (Delay)

The platform queues all outbound sends and processes them in order. During high-volume periods (Monday mornings, post-holiday weeks), there can be a 15–45 minute delay before queued emails send. This is normal. If delays exceed 2 hours, check the status page or open a support ticket.
